hello i wanted to know what is the statue of limitation to sue someone if they had you faulsely arrested and you wanted to sue for money to get the charges erased from your record and the money you wasted on a lawyer to represent you and can i sue for defamation and emotional disstress most important i want if off my record and lawyer fees

You have 3 years to sue for false arrest but only 1 year to sue for defamation.
