my husband is from the usa i am australian we have been married over a year neither of us yet have lodged any paper work in either country as we baoth lived in he carribean,he was just recently n australia with me his visa expired and we got a bridging visa that was valid for 2months but his grandmother died so h had to return to the usa,can he just come back to see me on the non visa waiver program..
