Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
I was charged with driving on a suspended license. It was put on stet doc for 2 years, the 2 years lapsed. Is there any record of the charge on my driving record? Do I need to include this in job applications? I live in Maryland

Stet is not a conviction, and it should not appear on your driving record. If you are concerned that it may appear, then obtain a copy of your driving record from MVA.
Whether you must reference this on job applications depends on specifically what question the application asks. For instance, if the question is have you been convicted, then no. However, if the question is have you been arrested, then answer honestly.
No, a stet never goes on the driving record. But you must wait until 3 years have elapsed from date of stet to expunge the court record.
