Legal Question in Administrative Law in Massachusetts

My children are in a daycare center that requies 30 days notice to unenroll. They hold a 30 day deposit, paid upon enrollment, that is applied to the final 30 days of tuition. I am not at all happy of the quality of care that is being provided to my childern and I want to leave at the end of November. We have already made payment for the month of November. Am I stuck having to keep my kids there until January so that I don't lose the deposit?

I can't answer your question without first reviewing the contract you have with the daycare center. I suggest that you take the contract to a lawyer for review and see what that person thinks.
