Motor Vehicle Ownership
Is it possible to own just 1% of a vehicle with the other person on the title owning the other 99%? If so, how do you go about doing this - what paperwork or forms are needed? My sister now owns the car in NH, but is disabled from a stroke. She wants me to use the car until she is better - which could take years (I live in MA). I cannot register and insure it if my name is not on the title.

It is certainly possible, though I doubt that the title documents are so complicated.
