Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I had an employee embezzle more than $25,000.00 over the course of three years. I am in the process of filing a report with the local police and organizing the incriminating evidence.
What are my options?

Does the employee have assets?
If so, get a llawyer and get an attachement on them.
