Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
How to stop what is happening
im seperated from my wife with restraining orders between us and she has filed 4 violations against me and i have been incarcerated for 2 months and had trial last week being found not guilty. i need to know if i can do something to stop her from filing charges against me in the future or being able to stop myself from going to jail. she has said to many people that she will not rest until im back in jail for a long time. what can i do to prevent this. I have had no contact with her except in court and she still pursues.

The best thing you can do is to get a divorce. Probate Court is the only way you can start to reduce the pressures.
