Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

what to if ever stopped again.

I am 22 and received an OUI last May in MA. I've completed all my court mandated obligations, and just have the remaining duration of my 1 yr probation to deal with. I drove drunk many times before I was ever caught, and I'm 99% confident that I learned my lesson. I don't drink and drive since my arrest. Without any unforseen tragadies, I probably have a long life ahead of me. In the remote chance that I ever get stopped again after I have been drinking, what is my best course of action from a legal standpoint. I don't plan on drinking and driving, this is purely a hypothetical.

As you are aware. there is no look back period. Literally, your next arrest will be a second offense.

The problem is administrative. A failure to take a breathalizer could yield an automatic suspension.

You have to weigh at your next stop if you had something to drink and how much as against the refusal to take the test.
