Defense
I signed a credit application with a personal guaranty hidden in it. I was forced to sign, not knowing their was any personal guaranty. What is my defense. Filling out pre-trial memorandum. Need defense.

If you are claiming that you were forced (ie. acting under Duress), you will need to lay out the elements of duress for trial. If you are claiming you were tricked (ie. deceived, or a victim of consumer fraud) you will need to lay out those elements. If you are claimint that the document you signed was altered (guarantee added after you read and signed it) then you will need to lay that out.
