Property Deed
I would like to know what my legal rights are against a notarized document I signed releasing rights to property where I currently live and where my name is still on the mortgage.

With the limited facts you gave it is difficult to respond. Generally if it can be shown that the document signing involved fraud, duress, or undue influence, you may be able to undo it. Good luck.
