Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Terms of use/copyright
Hello-
Are 'Terms of Use' copyrightable? If I have a website whereby I have a terms of use section, is there a way I can prevent somebody from using my terms of use to modify and use on their website?
Thank you, Pete

Re: Terms of use/copyright
The answer to your question is generally no. Terms of use is an agreement for people to use a website. Lawyers in general use each others contracts or parts thereof all the time.
