can sue if you find an sharp object in your food?

Only if you were actually seriously injured by the sharp object or somehow incurred calculable damages in another way. Becoming upset and angry are not sufficient damages for the most part unless you can prove it was done on purpose. Just seeing a object does not create damages for you and I do not believe an attorney would take the case.
