Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
purchased a lemon car from a private owner
I purchased a 1970 vintage porsche from a private owner. He claims the car was ''perfect.'' Turns out the car has thousands in problems. Mechanic says no way with the knowledge the seller has did he have zero knowledge of the problems this vehicle has. Do I have a case.

Re: purchased a lemon car from a private owner
You probably bought the car "as is." If you have something in writing from the seller that says otherwise, you may be able to successfully sue the seller.
