Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My daughter is 19 and currently on probation for resisting arrest and hitting a policeman. She has do great with her probation but got into a fight and a police report has been filed. What are the chances of her not going to jail? She did not throw the first punch and the other person was drunk.
