Is our lawyer properly representing our interest
A very dear friend of mine has been charged with c.s.c 1st degree,by his 2 teen girls his lawyer says theres almost nothing we can say about these chilren being known liars to the whole family and that we cannot mention one of them previously accusing her dead grandpa to family members then admitting it was a lie they also had extremely odd behavior
sexual & otherwise when they came to his custody which is now being attributed to this alleged abuse, and although many family members can testify that it is behavior already existing upon their arrival we are told none of this is admissableare we helpless here must we just listen to these allegations in the court and have no defense there is no evidence either please help

Re: Is our lawyer properly representing our interest
I am not sure why you were told that evidence of the girls' prior false accusations is not relevant or admissible. Did your friend hire this attorney?
There is caselaw supporting your belief that the information is VERY relevant.
I would be happy to answer other questions, but would need more information.
