My opinion: address the problem from two directions.
First, hire an attorney who gives you confidence that they doing everything they can to dismiss or reduce your case. I won't belabor the point the others have made about how serious OWI's are now.
Second, Hope for the best, but plan for the worst. Start gathering information to show the judge that this is not "who you are". Example: Letters from friends or relatives...proof that you involved in the community or church. Since your BAC was high, make an appointment with a Substance Abuse Agency for an evaluation. If counseling or education is recommended...start on it.
I practice in Mt. P occasionally, call me if you are interested.
Re: owi
A Datamaster reading of .20 is pretty high and your looking at a very expensive outcome if the charge sticks.
There are a number of ways to get a better result on your case and you should consult an attorney now.
Do not plead guilty (i.e. at your arraignment). Talk to a lawyer first.

Having this criminal conviction on your record for life is not a good thing. A conviction will raise your insurance rates, put you on probation, suspend your drivers license, etc.
