Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I have a 14 month old son and his mother took him to Florida from Michigan where we have all lived. Their is no Custody established but I do have court ordered visitation. She did not notify the court or anyone that she did it she just did. I've always supported both of them and she just up and left to go live off her mother. Is there anything I can do or am I S.O.L.(about getting him back into Michigan)?

There is a statute that prevents doing what she did.Do not wait. If you wait, you lose your arguments. Immediately file a motion for return of the child to Michigan. If she does not return to fight it, you will get an order that is enforceable in Florida.
