Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Over the past few years I have been severely punished by the court system for pursuing my bachelor degree because the father has changed his mind about wanting to be involved in our daughters life. He has kept us in court for 3 years and we have been working with an arbitrator that has openly admitted that she is biased (even finding ways to avoid the law to rule in his favor). Now the court has ruled that either I give up my education and career or he gets custody of our daughter. I have been told by others that this is discrimination. Is it possible to take on the court system?

No. Essentially you can appeal unfavorable rulings on the court of appeals. Courts are immune from suit.
