child molesters

my son was molested by my cousin 3 years ago the police droped the charges even though they had medical proff cause my son talked to the police for about ten minutes andhedidnt tell them right then and there he was 3 at the time he had to go to counseling for it and now my cousin is sending me threatning e mails i want to know if thiers anything i can do

If the molestation occurred in Michigan, you may want to consider filing a lawsuit.
