Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Divorce Questions

1. My husband is self-employed and threatening to show no income, alothough he does receive a paycheck every week right now. Can he do that and would he still be allowed visitation if he did?

2. We have about 10,000 in credit card debt for his business and 16,000 on a line of credit for his semi truck. My name is not on any of these things, although I am on the business bank account for the same business. Am I liable for the debt?

3. I believe my husband is mentally ill (it runs in both sides of his family). What can I do to see that he gets help for that before having visitation rights with our 2 1/2 year old son?
