Re: fathers rights on child custody

Hello: I have received a copy of your posting regarding custody and visitation. Our firm does a great deal of domestic work in the metropolitan Detroit area. Anything having to do with the welfare of your children is governed by the "best interest of the child" rule. You are entitled to be an active participant in your children's lives as long as it is in their best interest. You ought consult with an attorney if you are already having problems with your spouse. Good Luck. John C. Talpos (http://www.mich-lawyer.com)

You do have the right to see your child. The court will enter a temp. order with respect to custody and visiting time. The court will use "the best interest of the child" standard when deciding on these issues. You need representation and fast. Please give me a call (800) LAW-6685 ASAP to discuss further. Best wishes and Happy Holidays!
