hypothetical if i have my brother arrested for assault and he has children, i live with my mother i am my own guardian and my mother takes custody of his children and he says to the police officer that he doe sent want me around his children would i get removed to. i said to my mother i would get a ppo and she said she doesnt have to obey it she said its her house if i can who every i want over here

Your mother could evict you and then you would have nothing to say about who she has over.
