Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
terminate a personal protection order
My daughter age 18 yrs old, file an false accusations on a PPO against me . My daughter graduated from high school , June 2008. My husband and I gave her a huge graduation party and within 3 weeks after that she ran away from home. She was only 17 at the time. She did not have any contact with her grandparents, her brother , parents aunts or uncles.
She didnt want to follow the rules at home. We found out though facebook, she was smoking dope and drinking. She file a PPO November 17, 2008. saying I was text messaging her, phone calls constantly and that I went to place of work twice. Message I said someone is going to get hurt. If someone you love ran away wouldnt you try to call them so they can get help. and seek a doctor.Which I tryed to do for my daughter. I went to the Wayne county court and filed to terminate this PPO against me. My question is how and can I bring pages of her facebook, Doctor bills of her not paying her code pay, leaving me the bill, taking out videos up to $300.00 to replace, and laughing about it. text messages of her swearing at me. I want the judge to see Im a great mother and this is false PPO. I only wanted the best for her . Thank you so much
