Is it possible to sue my x-wife for monetary damages for giving me

VD from an affair with another man while still married to me?

Yes. But it depends upon whether (1) your suit is

timely. There are statutes of limitations that

control filing deadlines for lawsuits, and (2)

whether the judgment of divorce in your case

released her from any damages. Generally, these

claims are best raised in the divorce itself. If
