Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

final judgement

After the Appeals process, the case goes back to lower court, for Final Judgement. What does that consist of? What does the judge do? We won in Circuit court but we lost in Appeals court. Thank You

A judgment will be entered against you. Depending upon the circumstances, there may or may not be mediation sanctions. Such sanctions would mean that you owe the other side money. Ask you lawyer.
