Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I think the neighbor's fence is on my property.

The adjacent property owner put up a fence about 4 years ago. I believe it is on my property by several feet. What recourse do I have?

Have a surveyor examine your lot line. If your neighbor has encroached upon your property you should ask the neighbor to rmove the fence. You will have o file a law suit if her declines.
