Can i get evicted?

I live in a trailer park and i am renting to buy...the landlord is constantly telling me things i can and cant do even if they do not effect anyone else ...they are also charging me for my animals and family that live with me...can the landlord do this? and can i be evicted if i am buying the trailer????

You can be evicted if you are buying the lot. Furthermore, unless the charges are identified in the lease documents, then you cannot be charged.
