Medical doctor gives consult to dental lab to pull 3 infected teeth, dentist pulls all but 3 teeth, says they are giving me partials knowing I was not eligible for dentures. I go back 7 weeks later for impressions, different dentist says ''Your not qualified for dentures''. I said the other dentist and the oral surgeon knew that but insisted I am getting them. The new dentist said they made a mistake, they mislead you. So I stated you screwed up my mouth, where am I gonna get money to get teeth, he said your on your own.

I asked for my dental records and xrays, no response from them.

I don't know if you meant to say it, but you indicated that the dentist pulling the teeth pulled all your teeth except for 3 when the medical doctor said to only pull 3 teeth.
