Uneven Sidewalk Results in Ankle Break

I was exiting Best Buy and walking with my son and wife when I curled my ankle and if it was not for my son I would have fallen, but the result of the sidewalk ended in a broken ankle and torn ligements.

The sidewalk was an inch raised, and in the township an half inch is a violation.

Any case here, the injury is still on going.

Maybe. It depends on who had the obligation to make sure that the sidewalk was up to code. Governmental units are difficult to win a lawsuit against because of governmental immunity. However, Best Buy is much easier to sue. It sounds like you have damages though. Call me for help 5862851700
