Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My brother passed away in Mass. on 4/12/2012, and his daughter is the executor. It was my brothers request that his ashes be sent back to Michigan under my directive for burial. I'm not sure if it is in the will (I would have to assume so). We think that she is not going to have my brother sent to Michigan and she is going to keep them in Mass. What can I do to make sure that my brothers wishes are completed? I was with him when he passed and he made sure that I knew exactly what he wanted.
