Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My father recently died in Arizonia, not leaving a will. I somehow need power of attorney to access his bank and savings account to pay to creditors. I live in another state and would like to know what to do next.

You need to post this in Arizona under Probate Law. You will need to probate the Estate there. The power of attorney is not what you are seeking, but rather probate authority (In Michigan we call it Personal Representative and issue a Letter of Authority)
