Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
When my father passed almost 2 yrs ago, my mother decided to go and have a new will re made or done. Changing what my father left or stated in his will. Is this legal? Can she change the deseased will?

Chances are your father left everything to your mother. Once the property became hers, she could alter the estate 'plan' and do whatever she wanted with the property because it was now hers.
