who inheirits house

I was recently married and just found out my husbands will reads that his son inherits the house. If the will is not changed do my rights has survivng spouse over ride or will he inherit the house?

Chances are you are okay because after he got married, you'd get the rights of the widow. But have him change the will anyway. William S. Stern
