Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

i live in a apartment with a lease and dont like living here anymore and want out but dont want to pay over 2000 to get out early from the lease. how can i get out of it. also because nothing is getting done with the bug infestation and things getting stolen in the apartment and from our cars and nothing is getting fixed and just very unsatisfied living here and just want out.
