What are the marital laws for a surviving spouse if they are not in the will at all and the family of the deceased is taking things from the home and saying that she needs to get out of "their" home and intimidating her?

The surviving spouse has rightful lawful possession can exclude the heirs, in turn the heirs can make a claim for their intestate share of the estate in probate. You need to probate the estate and seek immediate relief from the court. Call us for a free consultation 877 887 9562
