Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My mother passed away and had a trust. My brother is the executor. I have a 25% intrest he has rented it out several time and has not claimed the intrest as income to the trust. He just sold the property on a land contract. what are my rights to claim my portion of the proceeds from the sale?
