successor trustee
Mom died 2 years ago. Dad remarried within one year. Received letter today from dad with ''Declination to act as successor trustee'' form. Apparently I was named successor trustee of mom's living trust, but have never seen any paperwork. What are my rights?

Contact your father and request to take a look at the will and trust. If you are to sign any forms, you will need to be informed.
