Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
Wills

Re: Wills
Please feel free to contact us. At your convenience. It seems that there may be some: (1) liability; (2) ability to contest the Will. You should consult with an attorney.

Re: Wills
You can and perhaps should file for brobate of your father's estate if it has not been probated, or contest the will if it has been probated. If you don't protect your rights no one else will.
