Garage Sales, Rummage Sales

Is it legal for the same person to have the same garage sale at the same location seven days a week without any kind of license? This is in Minnesota.

You should check with the city (or township, or county) zoning people. If it really is a permanent garage sale, its probably a violation of an ordinance.
