Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Opening a website in USA. Non citizen.
Hi, I am opening a website and i am earning as well. I am on H1B and this website is for blogs and all. This is my hobby. Now if I earn 1000 or 2000 from this website, will it be illegal in US? Do I have to pay tax for this?

Unless your visa restricts it, I would recommend you set up an LLC (which can be owned by non-citizens) and make sure your online contracts are water tight.
I have experience in this area if you wish assistance.Your income would be taxable, but there are many deductions when you have an LLC which are taken on your personal return.
