Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota

How do I deal with a Mortgage company that despite all payments having been made, continues to call and insist that payments are lat and credit will be affected. I feel I am being harassed as they keep calling and sending letters.
I have all records of on time electronic payment.

Have your attorney send them a Cease & Desist letter.
There may also be state law remedies under the Consumer Protection Act.
