If I get married, does my new husband inherit my debts?

No, usually those are considered as part of separate property/debts, and your spouse would not be responsible for those. However, your spouse would be responsible for any debt (with some minor exceptions) that acquired during the marriage, even if the debt is in one spouse's name alone.
