Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

felony dui warrant

I have a felony dui warrant in minnesota. I now live in South Carolina what are the chances of Minnesota extraditing me back? And what is the best state to live in with a felony dui warrant, with the least chance of extradition.

Re: felony dui warrant

I think that if you are picked up by a police officer in any jurisdiction and they notify the State of Minnesota, Minnesota will come and get you.

The best way to avoid being picked up is to obey the law, especially if you are driving a motor vehicle.
