The father of my 3 childern got deported. I am a us citizen. If i go to mexico to merry him would he be able to come back to the united states?

Probably, not. Even if possible, it can take a very long time, possibly years. You need to consult a lawyer about his chances to return to USA as a permanent resident (green card holder) after deportation. Please keep in mind that sometimes a deported husband of a US citizen and father of 3 US citizen children can be still denied a visa.
