My wife's I-130 has been accepted, it also states that she is NOT eligible for CHANGE of STATUS. What are the next steps I should be taking before we go back to court?

You need to provide more details about your status and your wife's situation.

Was I130 only accepted OR approved?

Are you a US citizen?

Is she in USA illegally?

Did she come to USA on a visa or without a visa?

What country she is from?

Is she currently in removal (deportation) proceedings in Immigration Court? etc.
