Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

IS there a law against this

Is there a law against this. My employer has refussed to pay me for my hours worked. 2860.00. They have not filled for bankruptcy, and believe all they need to do is ignore me and I will just go away. Is there a law in Minnesota, that states you need to pay your employees or file for bankruptcy or others manners.
