Legal will
My single bacheloer uncle died and left a hand written will that he had legally notarized, is this valid or do you need two signatures/ witness? The total estate is only 60 ac of hunting land in No Minnesota

I believe that the statute allows for no witnesses if the testator's signature is acknowledged and notarized. Dennis
