unwed mother lives with father of child..wants to leave

i am an unwed mother living with the father of my child..i am not allowed to work and am verbally abused..i want to leave but am not able to support myself or my daughter at this time..can i leave,establish a suitable enviroment then regain my child?....even if i will be moving out of state?...

You need to consult in detail with an attorney. Child support may be available to allow you to set up a separate residence. You can take the child with you unless it violates a court order. Also, you are not restricted about your destination.
