wife moves out taking everything
Is it legal for a spouse to move out and take nearly everything out of the home including 3 small kids while the other spouse is at work. Without a fight, or anything. Just for no reason what-so-ever. With no contact for days now.

Unofrtunately there is probably nothing to stop her from it, however, you need to get a lawyer and file a suit. It will take a court order to get the kids back or any property back. A temporary order is probably needed to settle these things until any divore action is completed. Temp use and possession of the home, cars, temp child support and alimony (if any) etc., Also there should be included an order that neither party commit waste by getting rid of marital property.
