Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

We have a 9 yr old daughter, with joint custody. Exhusband gets her every other weekend during the school year and every other week during the summer vacation. He provides nothing for her.. no child support, no school supplies, no school clothes, no health insurance (ordered by the court) no communication, he has his new wife do all the talking. We provided our daughter with a cell phone so she could text if she gets home sick, they took it away from her and punished her for texting her mom while at their house. She was also told that she could not talk about her mom, step dad, little sister or her grand parents. She cries everytime she has to go down there...What can we do?

You may want to consider filing a Motion to Modify the Court Order establishing the custody terms. You may also want to consider filing a Motion for Contempt against your ex for refusing to obey the Court Order regarding support and health insurance.
